LMV 806 Direct Drive Pump
Safe, reliable and economical the Sundyne API 610, OH3 or OH5, Direct Drive Pump
The Sundyne LMV-806 is an API 610 direct drive centrifugal pump in a standard OH5 configuration or OH3 when used with the bearing frame option. It is also available in the ISO-13709 standard. It is part of Sundyne’s line of direct drive pumps. It fills a gap in the Direct Drive product family by extending the performance envelope to address higher ranges
These vertical inline overhung impeller general service pumps have been deployed by process and rotating equipment engineers for industrial applications in the hydrocarbon, refining, petrochemical, chemical production, oil and gas production, offshore and specialty processing industries. Sundyne pumps are renowned for high suction pressure and a wide range in operating temperatures.
- Flows to 380 gpm (86 m³/hr)
- Heads to 760 ft (232 m)
- Suction Pressure 557 psi (39 bar)
- Temperature Range -40 to 350°F (-40 to 175°C)
The vertical configuration of the direct drive line of Sundyne pumps are specifically designed to save valuable space in refineries, NGL production, petrochemical and chemical plants.
Applications
- Feed pumps
- Booster pumps
- Bottoms pumps
- Wash water pumps
- Reflux pumps
- Condensate pumps
LMV 803Lr Ultra-Low NPSHr Direct Drive Pump
The Ultra-Low NPSHr Sundyne API 610 OH3, API 682, ISO 13709, ASME Certified Direct Drive Pump
Sundyne engineers have decades of impeller and inducer design experience. They leveraged that experience and analysis to develop a heavy duty vertical inline centrifugal pump with NPSHr performance that is unparalleled in oil and gas production, midstream and hydrocarbon processing industries. The LMV-803Lr is capable of running ultra-low NPSHr <10 ft (3 m) up and down the curve without losing performance. The LMV-803Lr is Sundyne’s most robust direct drive pump to date. A rugged 6×4 casing allows for higher pressures and higher flows. The pump features new inducer technology and a backswept impeller that eliminates low-inlet pressure cavitation.
- Flows to 800 gpm (244 m³/hr)
- Heads to 1,030 ft (314 m)
- Suction Pressure 400 psi (28 bar)
- Temperature Range -200 to 400°F (-129 to 204°C)
Lower Installed Cost
Because the LMV-803Lr has such a low NPSHr rating, it may be installed at grade level eliminating the need of a sump pit. This also greatly reduces the required skirt height of an elevated tower significantly reducing typical installed costs.
In addition, the vertical configuration of the direct drive line of Sundyne pumps are specifically designed to save valuable space in refineries, NGL production, petrochemical and chemical plants.
Applications
- Bubble point applications (Anes/Enes)
- Feed pumps
- Fractionation pumps
- Booster pumps
- Bottoms pumps
- Liquefaction
- Wash water pumps
- Reflux pumps
- Condensate pumps
LMV 802 Direct Drive Pump
The Sundyne LMV-802 is an API 610 direct drive centrifugal pump in a standard OH5 configuration or OH3 when used with the bearing frame optionThe LMV-802 is part of Sundyne’s line of direct drive pumps. It extends the performance envelope to address lower ranges then the larger LMV 801.
- Flows to 150 gpm (34 m³/hr)
- Heads to 210 ft (64 m)
- Suction Pressure 600 psi (41 bar)
- Temperature Range -200 to 650°F (-130 to 340°C)
The vertical configuration of the direct drive line of Sundyne pumps are specifically designed to save valuable space in refineries, NGL production, petrochemical and chemical plants.
Applications
- Feed pumps
- Booster pumps
- Bottoms pumps
- Wash water pumps
- Reflux pumps
- Condensate pumps
LMV 801S Sealless Magnetic Drive API 685 Pump
The LMV-801S combines the industry standard hydraulics of the Sundyne direct-drive line of pumps with the magnetic drive technology pioneered by Sundyne HMD Kontro more than 70 years ago. It is built to comply with both API-685 and API-610 standards, and is specifically engineered to eliminate emissions and improve personnel safety without compromising the time-proven production hydraulics of Sundyne direct-drive pumps.
The LMV-801S is dimensionally interchangeable with the traditional mechanically sealed LMV-801 (OH3/5), and can be easily dropped into existing pipework – making this sealless upgrade possible without the need to modify piping and foundation layouts. Additionally, a plug-in version of the pump is available, enabling customers to swap out the mechanical seal drive end with the new sealless option without disconnecting the existing LMV-801 casing and diffuser from the piping.
- Flows to 380 gpm (86 m³/hr)
- Heads to 720 ft (220 m)
- Temperature Range -40 to 400°F (-40 to 205°C)
The vertical configuration of the direct drive line of Sundyne pumps are specifically designed to save valuable space in refineries, NGL production, petrochemical and chemical plants.

LMV 801CS Direct Drive Pump
The Sundyne API 610, OH3 with Cartridge Seal API-682 Direct Drive Pump
The Sundyne LMV 801CS (Cartridge Seal) is a self-contained unit consisting of a shaft sleeve, seal and gland plate that fits onto the pump shaft as a single assembly. The cartridge seal design eliminates many common causes of seal failure and it helps operators overcome the fitting and installation problems associated with conventional seals.
The compact and rugged API 682 cartridge seal is designed specifically for the Sundyne LMV 801, providing operators and maintenance engineers with an economical alternative to standard seal configurations, in a convenient package that eliminates errors in installation.
