3-Way Diverting Globe Valves

Diverting type that divides the flow into two directions and mixing type that converges two flows into one are available. For valve size 2.5 in.(65A) or under, 531F(mixing type) is also used as diverting type with no functional problem.

501G series is our latest cage guide control valve of large Cv value, and of dynamic stability.

501G series is our latest cage guide control valve of large Cv value, and of dynamic stability. It is suitable to a variety of heavy duty services. This series is characterized by pressure balanced type trim for high pressure drops.

550G Series provides control valves that meet low noise and anti-cavitation requirements by incorporating a multi-hole type cages, instead of the standard cages, in the 501G Series cage guided control valves.
All the parts except the multi-hole cage are interchangeable with the parts of the 501G Series accordingly.
For those severe fluid conditions that cannot be covered by this Series, please select KOSO velocity control trim type.

KOSO top-guided control valves are compact and simple structured

KOSO top-guided control valves are compact and simple structured. They are usable in a broad scope of applications, including all cavitation-free liquid services as well as steam and gas services that meet noise regulations.

Aiming at quick delivery and low prices, 551T is limited to JIS 10K, ANSI(JPI)150 lbs. with no optional features. 520T covers minimum flow applications, with its small plug specially designed not to break off.

Flow direction of medium in globe valve includes “low in and high out” and “high in and low out”. The medium is allowed to flow in only one direction. The valve shall be installed in right direction.

Globe valve has structure of straight-through type, direct flow type and right angle type.

When globe valve is open, and the opening height of valve clack is up to 25% ~ 30% of nominal diameter of the globe valve, the flow reaches the maximum which show that the valve reaches the fully open position.

This Series is multi-ad-vantageous in that its improved performance and durabitity allows maintenance cost reduction and system simplification. Since such ancillaries as diffusers and silencers are not necessary, equipment cost can be reduced too. From 500M, 500D and 500J, depending on the fluid condition, most suitable model can be selected comparing functions and prices.
