API 6D. For product beyond the scope of the standard, it shall be manufactured by specifications in BTL standard or user’s requirements.
A. It’s generally for general industrial pipeline and long-distance transportation pipeline for various corrosive and non-corrosive mediums.
B. Standing ball valve has two types of valve body structure: 2-piece and 3-piece. Valve body may be connected by bolts or welding.
C. BTL mainly manufactures 3 types of standing ball valve: forged steel standing ball valve, all-welded standing ball valve and cast steel standing ball valve.
D. User may select full-size or reducing structure as required. The aperture of rate of full-size valve shall be same with inner diameter of pipeline for pipeline cleaning.
